I teach aerial dance classes for pre-teens and teens at Aerial Cirque Over Denver, where students explore silks, trapeze, lyra, and sling in a supportive, safety-certified environment.

Classes rotate apparatuses every two weeks, helping students build strength, flexibility, and confidence across disciplines. Each session ends with a showcase performance to celebrate their progress and creativity.

I teach Levels 1 & 2 multi-apparatus classes for adults at Aerial Cirque Over Denver, guiding you through silks, trapeze, lyra, and sling with an emphasis on safe technique, strength-building, and artistic expression.

Our 8-week sessions provide structured progression, consistent skill-building, and a supportive cohort—far more effective than one-off drop-ins. Each session combines conditioning, creative sequencing, and personalized feedback to help you advance confidently in the air.
